    1. Tour Packages & Bookings

  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and third-party service providers.
  • In most cases, cancellation charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any refundable amount will be processed within **7–10 business days** after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.

    • 2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain discounted or promotional packages may also be non-refundable.

    • 3. Mode of Refund

  • All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during booking.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banking/payment gateway systems.
